POINTERS
for avoiding regret the next morning
FOOD
- Consume heavy fats and carbs to absorb the alcohol
- Eat after drinks to make this effective
- Don’t eat too much unless you want to see your food in reverse
DRINKS
- Go light like cider
- Avoid heavy liquor
- Avoid tons of sugar
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
- For every drop of alcohol, tea, or soda, drink an equal or greater amount of water
